How it Works

Contact us for an informal chat. We will talk about your website, your needs and your expectations of our service. By the end of our conversation we will know how we can help you best.

Together we will decide whether your websites need to be optimized before you join a monthly WordPress support service then we will assess whether a monthly support plan or on-demand service is most cost effective for your needs.

Which websites need an optimization service?

Good candidates for the optimization service are sites that display database connection error messages, sites that suffer frequent downtime, sites that crash when WordPress or plugins are upgraded or sites that have not been properly maintained for a year or longer.

How does a monthly maintenance & support plan work?

WordPress support plans are billed monthly in advance of service. The monthly plans we offer are WebHero and Web60.

We give you

  • A personal account manager
  • 24/7 uptime monitoring
  • 24/7 Security monitoring
  • Daily WordPress software updates
  • Daily plugin software updates, and
  • Theme update management

Web60 subscribers also get

  • 1 hour support time for hands-on technical and admin assistance
  • Inclusive Q&A Sessions
  • A reasonable number of free 5 minute tasks

What is not covered:

License fees for premium software products unless those licenses are part of our present software stock. Our current license stock includes WPML, Comet Cache Pro, the Genesis theme framework, the Dynamik theme builder, Elegant Themes themes, Booster for WooCommerce (AKA WooCommerce Jetpack) and several more plugins and themes.

If you prefer no-commitment pricing you can hire us under the WebZero plan.

What happens when the 1 hour of Web60 support has been used?

More support time can be purchased at the current loyalty reward rate.

What about support without a monthly plan?

WebZero is our no commitment support service. This is charged at our regular hourly rate and is provided without the additional benefits included with the WebHero and Web60 monthly WordPress maintenance and support plans.
