When you join WP Service Masters as a valued client you will be contacted by your personal account manager who will welcome you to the WP Service Masters family and provide you with direct contact information, award you access to the Account Support Centre and help you feel at home.
You can use the Account Support Centre to manage your account, view your contact history, see work logs and upload documents or send us support requests. If you prefer to use email then that is more than fine with us because we like email.
When you ask for support you can expect your personal account manager to reply quickly.
